Pricing Errors & Omissions
Ambiance Home Collection makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information given on our website. Our staff immediately corrects errors once discovered. Be advised that Ambiance Home Collection reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed via e-mail or phone, or after your credit card has been charged. If we discover a pricing error after your credit card has been charged and your order has been cancelled as a result of the error, the total amount charged on your card will be refunded to the same card used. You will be notified as soon as possible via e-mail if your order has been cancelled and be given the opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Please note that pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
All deliveries are white glove. We will deliver and setup all merchandise you order inside your home where indicated. We do not offer curb-side delivery. All our white glove deliveries are priced in “normal” conditions. Should there be circumstances where the delivery requires additional service outside of “normal” guidelines, additional shipping charges may apply. Circumstances include but are not limited to: unusual stairways, more than two flights of stairs, narrow driveways, unsafe weather conditions, narrow doorways or openings missed delivery appointments at the fault of the customer, ferries, inaccessible roads, etc. Should there be any damages/defects upon receipt of merchandise, it is extremely important to note the shipping paperwork at time of delivery. Reporting claims for furniture damages/defects is an immensely rigorous process, and noting the paperwork makes the process much smoother and quicker. All damages must be noted at the time of delivery. Once the product is signed for receipt in perfect condition, all liability is released from Ambiance Home Collection and it’s shipping companies thereafter.
We give you the option to have merchandise purchased picked up from our store. If you elect to pick items up from our store, you will be solely responsible for having proper packaging and/or harnesses to secure the piece safely in your vehicle. Ambiance Home Collection will not be responsible for providing any blankets, harnesses, or wrap. Items picked up from the store WILL NOT have it’s original packaging. All items are opened and inspected by Ambiance Home Collection for damages and/or defects as a complementary service for you prior to pickup. If you request to pick the item/s up with it’s original packaging in tact, you will forfeit all liability from Ambiance Home Collection should there be any damage/defect upon signing receipt of merchandise thereafter.
Ambiance Home Collection’s online refund policy pertains to online purchases only. Please be sure to review our in-store policy prior to making any purchases in our physical warehouse.
Refunds will be issued according to your Online Sale Order within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Any and all shipping charges to transport your order from the manufacturer to your home and picking it back up will be deducted and a restocking fee of up to 35% of the Sale Order will be charged, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise at the time of delivery. Please note, Free Shipping only applies if you keep your order. Exchanges fall under the same policy. If you have purchased an item online and are eligible for exchange, your store credit can only be used on items online, not in our physical warehouse.
